Meet our staff:

Amy Joy, Doctor of Oriental Medicine ( Lic. # 1002)

Amy became interested in Oriental Medicine after completing her BA in Psychology  from the University of Iowa. She received her Masters in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in 2009 as well as being awarded a scholarship for excellence in Chinese herbal studies. She is also nationally accredited through NCCAOM. Her goal is to bring the client back into a place of physical and emotional balance through which their symptoms are alleviated. She specializes in women's health issues, chronic pain, emotional well-being and general health and wellness issues.
Amy's post-graduate studies include a 1 year internship as a traditional Japanese "uchi-deshi" or live-in apprentice with 30 master practitioner Koei Kuwahara. During the year she expanded her experience and knowledge in Japanese acupuncture as well as Shoni-hari- Japanese Pediatric Acupuncture. She is also currently on the faculty at Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque.

Daniel Gray, Doctor of Oriental Medicine ( Lic. # 1101)

Daniel graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College with a Masters 
Degree in Oriental Medicine. His education in Traditional Chinese 
Medicine encompasses the use of acupuncture as well as Chinese herbology 
in the holistic healing of mind and body. In addition to being nationally 
accredited (NCCAOM) in acupuncture, he is able to bring his study and 
knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine  into life style and diet consultation. Daniel graduated from the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque in 2001.  His holistic approach to medicine combines both Eastern medicine and 
Western biomedical anatomy and physiology.
Daniel is trained in both Japanese and Chinese styles of acupuncture. He 
specializes in using acupuncture and herbs to address pain management
internal medicine and overall emotional balancing.
